Start/My Computer/view system information
General tab tells you which Operating System you are running and 
How much RAM (Random Access Memory) you have

Hardware Tab tells you The Hardware installed on your Computer
In Hardware Click on Device Manager. You will see all the Hardware
installed on your Hard Drive
