Upload to your Site as you would any other file
It Will be saved as a Wav File

Where you can find it

Start/
Programs/
Accessories/
Entertainment/
Sound Recorder
Record your Voice by Clicking on the red button
When you are through, Click on Off
(The Recorder works like your VCR)
Listen to the recording. If you are satisfied
Click on File and save as  a name of your choice
Save to a Folder of your Choice
If you are not satisfied, Click on New
You can re-record as many times as you like
Remember the Folder your saved file is in
